I initially chose Dr. Natalia Garibov based on a personal recommendation and came to her with significant dental pain. I trusted her recommendations and followed the treatment plan she suggested, including seeing another specialist before returning to her for treatment of the tooth that was causing me pain. Unfortunately, my experience became very disappointing. After completing the treatment recommended by the specialist and returning to move forward with treatment with Dr. Garibov, we discussed a treatment plan that would require two stages. I was told that after the first stage, the tooth could continue to be painful while I was waiting for the second stage. I was also told that, depending on what was found during treatment, I might need to see another specialist who specializes in root canals. I was told that there was a significant possibility that I would have to see this specialist, complete the root canal treatment, and then return to Dr. Garibov to finish the treatment. Naturally, I had many questions about this plan. I had already been experiencing significant pain for more than a month, so my main concern was understanding how the treatment was expected to help with t

My family of 4 had an excellent experience during our first appointments at Fern Dental. After a negative experience at our previous (franchised) dentist, Fern Dental immediately felt comfortable, welcoming and personalized in comparison. The recently renovated office is beautiful, stylish and well-decorated, creating a very relaxing and non-medical-feeling atmosphere. Dr. Nataliia Garibov is friendly and caring, communicating her procedures clearly and in sharing options for upcoming dental work without pressure. She uses state of the art equipment to take non-invasive 3D scans of teeth, something I've never experience before but found to be very informative and far more impressive than X-rays. Dr. Nataliia Garibov performed both our cleanings and exams and was gentle and receptive to our concerns. It was easy to register as new patients and transfer our files from our previous dentist to her office. She has very good availability for appointments without being booked months out. I highly recommend Fern Dental as a small dental practice. You will be seen and served well as a patient who is known by name and treated with care and concern for your best interest. We had a wonderful experience at Fern Dental. My wife had a dental emergency, and they were able to see her the same day, which we truly appreciated. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Nataliia made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent care. She repaired my wife’s bonded retainer quickly and even fixed a second tooth that was starting to come loose. The service exceeded our expectations. The office is modern, the staff is genuinely caring, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. We left feeling very grateful and confident in the care we received. As a new client that has had no previous experience with Fern Dental or Dr. Garibov, I was very impressed. The scheduling process was super simple and completed 100% online. They even sent me the intake forms to complete digitally, this made check-in at my appointment as easy as showing up. Dr. Garibov was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained her findings and showed me photos of everything she could see. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Easy location, lots of parking, and really well kept building. I set up my next appointment before I left, and look forward to working with Fern long term.
